Please bring the shoes in which you would like to wear the insoles.

We work with your footprint in the form of foam impressions and also offer a 2D/3D scan impression.


If required (compulsory care for diabetics), we also work with radio-supported digital components for individual gait and running pattern analysis. The aim here is to relieve the foot of as much ground pressure as possible.

To avoid waiting times, please make a personal appointment. If you should visit us spontaneously without an appointment, we will be happy to see how and if we can help.

We recommend this so that we can take enough time to solve your problems and you don't have to wait. In principle, however, you are also welcome WITHOUT an appointment. We do not offer appointments on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Will I receive additional deposits?

Yes! After wearing the insoles for around 3 months, your orthopaedic specialist will check the function and quality of the insoles and can prescribe another pair of insoles. For children, this can even be done several times a year once their feet have grown. Multiple prescriptions are also possible after consulting your health insurance company if there are hygienic reasons (e.g. very sweaty feet).

Can I wear my insoles in safety work shoes?

For this purpose, we produce special insoles based on a foot scan, which have a special documented approval. Unfortunately, insoles that you have received through your health insurance company may not be worn in safety shoes. It is important to know that the costs for safety shoe insoles are paid by the German pension insurance or the employment agency. Please feel free to contact us about this.
